What is it like to be a physiotherapist? How can I become a physiotherapist?

Welcome to newphysio.co.uk This site is dedicated to anyone who would like to know more about physiotherapy. It will contains sections on what it is like to receive physiotherapy, what it is like to be a physiotherapist, and even on how to go about becomming a physiotherapist. It is written by a student physiotherapist currently studying for an accelerated MSc with license to practice physiotherapy in the UK. I really don't believe that there is enough good quality basic information on the web about physiotherapy. Physiotherapists have been poor at promotion of their work and discipline, while other health care providers have aggressively marketed their skills. I hope to change some of this, in even a small way, with this modest site. |
